The offer applies to:

• Outdoor perimeter treatments, and

• Indoor treatments for ants, spiders, roaches, bed bugs, and other common indoor pests

• Spray treatments only 

Terms & Conditions:

• Plan requirement — Customer must enroll in a 3‑ or 6‑month plan; one‑time services do not qualify

• Service completion rule — First treatment must be completed by June 1, 2026; scheduled but incomplete services do not qualify

• Eligible pests only — Specialty pests (e.g., wildlife, termites, rodents, or pests we do not handle) are not included unless explicitly listed

• Property eligibility — Offer applies to a single residential address; multi‑unit or commercial properties may require separate pricing

• No transfer or stacking — Offer cannot be transferred, combined with other promotions, or applied retroactively

• Cancellation rule — If the customer cancels the plan before completing the minimum term, promotional value may be voided

• Service area rule — this deal is for Milwaukee and the surrounding areas 

New and current customers may receive one free treatment by referring five qualifying customers. A qualifying referral is defined as an individual who:

• Is a new customer OR has not received services from No More Nasty Nights LLC within the past 12 months, and

• Completes and pays for at least one treatment.

Referral credit is issued only after all five qualifying referrals have completed their first paid treatment.  

Multiple customers cannot claim the same referral.  

Self‑referrals, duplicate referrals, and households already serviced within the last 12 months do not qualify.  

Limit one free treatment per referring customer.
